Who we are

About Divolut

We are a technical consultancy for founders and teams who want to move fast without making the expensive mistakes.

Why Divolut exists

Too many startups with great ideas fail because of technical problems that were avoidable. Teams that hired the wrong people. Architectures that don't scale. MVPs that never reach market because no one knows how to build them well and fast.

And there are too many agencies and consultancies that charge a lot, move slow, and never take responsibility for results.

Divolut exists to be something different: a small, senior team that is directly responsible for what it delivers.

How we work

With clarity from the start.

Before starting any project, we align expectations, scope, and success metrics. We don't start until both sides understand exactly what will be done and what won't.

With real speed.

We don't do 6 weeks of discovery before writing the first line of code. We get in fast, learn in context, and start contributing from the first few days.

With honesty.

If we think your technical idea has a problem, we tell you. If the scope doesn't fit the budget, we tell you. We're not an agency that says yes to everything to close the contract.

With accountability for results.

We don't measure success by hours billed. We measure it by whether the work we do solves the problem we had on the table.

Our technical principles

  • Simplicity over complexity: the simplest architecture that solves the problem is always the best architecture.
  • Concrete deliverables: code, documentation, and systems that work — not PowerPoint presentations.
  • Transferable knowledge: when we leave a project, the client's team knows how to operate what we built.
  • Technical pragmatism: best practices matter, but always in the context of the real problem and budget.

What projects are we best suited for?

  • There is real urgency (something needs to be delivered in weeks, not months)
  • The problem is technical but the context is business (you need to understand both)
  • Technical leadership is needed, not just execution
  • The client's team will take the product and keep developing it

We're not the best option if you're looking for a large agency with 50 people on staff, an account manager, and weekly status meetings. That exists, and there are projects where it makes sense. Ours are different.
