Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These terms govern the provision of technology services by Divolut to its clients. By engaging our services, the client accepts the conditions set out herein.
2. Services
Divolut provides fractional CTO services, subscription software development, MVP development, and technology consulting. The specific scope of each service is detailed in the proposal or contract signed by the parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the code and deliverables developed specifically for the client will be their property once the agreed price has been paid.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the provision of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Divolut's liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount invoiced in the three months prior to the event causing the damage.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
